Characteristics: The Dried Sea Cucumbers from Indonesia stand out due to its large size, plump shape and considerable length. They have in length. They appear to have a smooth appearance but there are actually spikes on two sides of their body. They can expand to about 8 to 10 times its original volume after soaking in water during preparation.

On the Palate: Very soft and melt in the mouth.
