Characteristics: Hailing from the Gulf of Mexico, the Dried Sea Cucumbers from Mexico  are plump and chubby in shape in dried form. They expand maximum can be about 7-8 times its original volume after soaking in water during preparation. They are also especially packed with collagen, a protein that helps slow aging of the skin and keeps the skin hydrated.

On the Palate: Very meaty and springy. Fleshy and crunchy to the bite
